Service Description

Finding the right AT (equipment) can be a complicated process, and Functional Therapy Services (FTS) is here to make sure you get it right. Through completing a range of assessments, FTS will match your needs with the right piece of AT and help you through the entire process, including the set up and training. AT that FTS can assist with include: Wheelchairs (manual, power and power assist) Mobility scooters Adjustable bed and profiling mattress Electric lift and recline chairs Wheeled commodes Hoists Daily living products (shower aids, dressing aids, kitchen aids)
